Project

Hampton Inn & Suites’ Homestead, Florida location is a five-story 126 room hotel, complete with public areas, including the Perfect Mix Lobby, administration offices, meeting rooms, 250 person boardroom, back-of-house areas, fitness room, business center, suite shop and guest laundry facilities.

Objective

To give each space a contemporary feel while creating an upbeat, modern atmosphere. The selections introduced a bold Miami inspired color scheme while working within Hilton standards and guidelines. The proposition: a combination of innovative and decorative finishes along with transitional elements based on cleaner lines and stylish furnishings.

Result

This five star worthy design has created a tremendously successful hotel, continuing to have a 95% occupancy rate from the grand opening. Don’t take inBusiness' word for it go and check it out for yourself.

What we enjoyed the most

Monica: Communicating with Tracy without speaking a word, finding quality finishes without breaking the budget and experimenting with colorful fabrics, beautiful fixtures and tactile elements.
Tracy: Starbucks at 10:00 am, a small…OK rather "large" obsession with a green leather sofa and an overwhelming sense of nailing this project to the wall.
